Hello dear, i am from August board. Actually I am due first week of August so I also keep checking July board to see what' s happening with the ones just a bit earlier than me.
Well, u shud start having almond as soon as u realise u r pregnant, in the first six to seven weeks baby develops it' s brain and Almonds are best for brain development. However it' s never too late, so u can start if from today onwards. Technique - Soak not more than 7 to 8 almonds in water in the night and when u get up in the morning, peel them and have them first thing. Make sure u soak and peel so the heat effect is reduced to the maximum.
As far as walnuts and pistachios are concerned they are very heaty and avoid having them during ur pregnancy.
Enjoy and take care!
