I m about to finish my 19th week and now entering in 20th week but i have not put on a loooot of weight neither i have started showing anything yet.I m little much concerned about it.I have my check up due on 11th and i m really looking forward to it coz they r gonna do my ulterasound this time to see if the baby is all right or not.Wish me luck.Wish u all a very best of luck for time to come.

weight gain

Hey Purnima, dont worry about not putting on weight and it's effect on the baby cause the baby is pretty efficient at getting the nutrients he/she needs from you. As long as you eat healthy, take your prenatal vitamins and make sure you get all the nutrients that are needed, you and the baby will be just fine. People complain about putting on too much weight during their pregnancy so you are lucky in a way.
