Due Date Club April 2004:What do you eat in a day??

thought this would be nice to check if everyone is eating right..

about myself:
Breakfast: toast, a egg twice a week, 1 cup of tea, biscuits, banana,almonds.
At 11.00: cranberry juice,orange or apple
Lunch:rice/chapathis with dal , and one vegetable sabji, 1 cup milk after food.
evening snack at 4.30-5.00:any fruit,crackers, fruit juice..
dinner: rice/chapathi,dal, fruits and milk.

what about you???
do you think iam missing on something??

Jenn,
Usually for breakfast i have, 1 glass milk with horlicks,1 glass orange juice, 1 or 2 slice of cheese/1 egg and either some bread or fig bars.
then around 11-12, i have some fruits.
for lunch , i have rice with curd and some curry. after that i eat some fruits.
evening i have milk and some biscuits.
night almost same food as for lunch. then some fruits and milk.
thats it.

Hi Jenn. I think U are taking parfect. Just add lots of salads. They gives direct vitamins instead of cook vegitables.

Jenn,

To tell u the truth I dont have any particular diet plan which I follow everyday :-)

What I usually do is for BF I go for cereals or bread or dosa, appam etc

I do snack whenever I feel like having some and it mostly are crackers, fruits or nuts. I also try drinking atleast 1 cup of orange juice or milk a day. I am also trying to drink atleast 2-3 bottles(20oz.) of water each day.

For lunch its mostly rice, veg or non-veg curry, a veg side dish & yogurt. My dinner is also some what similar to my lunch.
