Hi,
I am 29Yrs male from bangalore. We were trying to concieve since last 2years. We found out that the problem is with male. Sperm count is 10Mil, and only 10 active motile and 10 sluggish motile. So My doctor(Dr Vasan S S ) suggested to take other tests, then in tests it was found that I' ve bilateral Varicocele with largest vien measuring on left side is 3.9mm and right side is 3.8mm. The doctor suggested me to go for surgery and micro-surgery will be better.
I wanted to know if any body has undergone this surgery(or micro-surgery)?
What are the post operation complexities?
And the most importantly who is the best surgeon(micro surgeon) and Hospital for varicocele in Banglore ?
I wanted to talk personally if anybody has been undergone this varicocele surgery to know more details.
Please help me in this issue and Thanks in advance.

i am 23 years old and i think i have varicocele in my left side testicle...it started 3 year back and i couldnt tell anybody due to hesitation...and now its starting in right side also...i am so afraid about it ...plz tell me how are you now and did you go for surgery or anything else ...please let me know

hi my hasband has undergone this operation twice.first one was a failure which we realised after ayear.but he has to do it for two reasons.one there was ememnse pain and two his sperm count was low(ike urs).
avoid a operation as much as possible . instead go for iui that is not a painful procedure and doen not cost much too. but ur wife have do go thru this procdure uwill be only helful in the srem coll part. pl avoid surgery as u might never know how succ the surgery may be and ur sprem count may inc but what if pains also starts.pl be double sure. i have a n excellent doc for this surgery but in bombay.dr. soonawala in case of any further info do write back
