Hi Arti, chaitra, Sweety and skg

Thx for helping me for her runny nose. Thank god she had runny nose no more than 2 days. Shez veyr normal now.

Humidifier and vicks baby rub helped me a lot.
Chaitra u r right, first we can try our grandmas remedy and going for over the counter shud be last option.but as this was her first cold i was lil panicky..i thought to try gralic but she was better on 3rd day. so i ddint try.

Skg thx for ur advises,no yar she wasnt teething.she had got 6 teeths. for all those 6 she never fussed. i never heard of applying ghee+salt. Honey, her ped told only after 1 yr. I knew that in India we will be giving for 3-4 weeks baby itself.my mom also did when Trisha was a month old, then she was spitting out a lot. Only after then when i read the lable in the backside it was mentioned as \";no honey to infants\"; due to this botulism...

Arti, howz Arjun doing?? u know she had runny nose for 2 days but from 3rd day i got dry cough+ lil cold. im happy in one way that shez not suffering anymore.im drking tumeric+pepper in milk. lets see what happens. as im nursing im afraid of over the counter tonics.

Sweety will chat tomrrow, as u know my father-in-law is coming tomorrow so im busy in cleaning his room.love to Krish.
ok then takecare
love to ur lil ones

Its good to know that Trisha is better. I hope, you feel better as well. Exactly same happened with me and Arjun - he was better in two days but I got abit of cough and cold but it was tolerable. You are doing the right thing drinking turmeric in milk, it will help as analgesic and make your cold go away. Love to Trisha, take care

Breast pumps
I am using a medela pump to feed my baby when I am out. The medela breast pumps are really a good choice for the working moms. We can pump the milk regularly and can store it and use whenever needed.... - dalewhither [View Message]
evenflo elan breast pump
Buy this pump! It’s made my life so much easier. I always got sore with my old Medela Advanced, but that never happens with the Ameda Purely Yours Breast Pump. What really makes a difference is its ease of use. It’s really easy to switch between pumping phases and take apart to clean. Strongly recommend it for all mothers that pump daily.... - stellatylor [View Message]

try this
As we discussed earlier in this forum I used magnetic alphabets , through which he has learnt alphabets within a week. And number within 4 days.
It is as like take the letter and stick to it where ever he goes more and ask him to search a particular letter. this worked very well for me.
all the best... - Manju [View Message]
