hijayshree,
I am not a doctor, but this has worked with many children. 1st stop ceralac completely. you are giving moongdal & rice, add wheat slowly with badam, kaju and pista. this should be washed properly, dried and powder. give him 4 times in a day. cook in milk with jaggery not sugar. add jaggery and 1/2tsp ghee. give him grape juice. infact all the juices which are possible. give him lots of water. water habit is very good in any age.

just try this i think this should work
