Health Concerns:Hair Remover

Hi,

I am in my 13th week. I used to use hair remover lotion for cleaning the hair near vagina.
Now, my skin reacts very differently to the lotion. It stays red for long time and very sensitive.

I do not know what else I can use to clean that area.
Any thoughts?

Rashmi.

Dear Nisha and Rashmi,
It's not recommended that while pregnant you use Hair removing creams. I would not recommend, not even to remove underarm hair until pregnant.

Because of some biological changes, the skin changes its behavior. Particularly the area you are taking about. You can try some other make of hair remover or better to use soft razor.

Soft razor works best! It does not harm the skin. Also, I do dry shaving. after shaving, I feel no reaction, icting or sensitiveness. So, it is working great for me.

Thanks
