Hi all
This site is fabulous and Iam 20 wks pregnant.Just wanted to say hi to u all and hope all of u r enjoying ur preggo.Is anybody out there from Florida??
Have another ? too.Does anyone of u know if it is very difficult to obtain a NOC from Tamilnadu Govt?My father is a govt employee and I want to bring my parents here during delivery.Have anyone of u heard of govt.servants visiting US without any problems?Please respond .Any info in this regard would be greatly appreciated.

Hi revs,
My dad is a govt. employee and he got NOC from uttaranchal govt.
without any problem. He got 1 yr visa from delhi US consulate and
is in the US.
When you send sponsorship letter it is better to be on H1 than
on Greencard to avoid rejections. That is the reason my brother sponsered
him and he did not mention my name on any forms.

Just read your message. My dad too works for Uttranchal govt and is stationed in Dehradoon. I have been anxious about whether he will get an NOC from the govt.
Where does your father live in India? Please reply as I would appreciate more tips from you with regards to processing his Visa.
