Hi, I am 29 weeks pregnant and plan to travel from Pune to nagpur by Air (1hours flight) Is it safe to travel or should cancelling the trip is advisable? can u tell me that air travel allows m e to travel in 29 weeks plz help me?

Hi Renu, i would say this is a very critical period to travel in air. You need to travel before 27 weeks as most of the doctors advice not to travel after a particular period of time.

The air travel will most probably allow you to travel in your third trimester but doctor's advice not to because of the risk there is on the baby and you. But you can if the doctor allows you to or you can find an alternative way.

It is a little risky to travel by air or any other way in the third trimester but i think since you have just entered your 8th month it would be fine to travel and its just 1 hour anyway. But take your gynac's permission.

It would be better to consult to the doctor and in the air port because they will give you with the correct solution and you need not get worried about that you can go safer and have happy journey also.

Nothing would happen to you.Because you can go for journey in flight and that would not be so harm for you also.I wish you can go for journey but you need to be careful also it would be good for both your baby and you.

yaah you surely can if you don't fear of aeroplanes. my aunt travelled when she was 9 months preganant. it is safe as long as u r strong. or else consult your doctor.
