Is it ok to apply over the eyelid? I have sever dark circle over my eyelids. Please help.
How do I make the paste from nutmeg?
Also, do you have any suggestions for dry skin. My facial skin is always very dry.

i suggest you dont apply it on eyelids. although there is no harm. you can dod a patch test first on a small area of your eyelid and see if it causes any discomfort. if it does, dont. if it doesnt, then go ahead. if you have a see rock at home, or and rough stone, clean it thoroughly. to be on the safer side, boil it and scrub it clean and after making sure it is clean, rub the whole numeg you want to attain the required quantity by just adding a drop or two to make the paste. then apply it.

for driness of skin, apply malai for 5 minutes and then rinse off with warm water and wash with besan. apart from that, apply juice of fresh mint or orange, massage it gently, leave it for 15 minutes and rinse off with warm water. and drink atleast 200 ml each of of tomato juice and orange juice everyday. both are very good for skin and blood. theses should help.
