If I am not wrong ,u stay at Banglore who had give me very good recepie of Ragi.

Which vegetables are u giving to ur daughter? In what quantity ur daughter is eating?? And which cerelac? Have u started anything of wheat?

My son only likes Mango and Khichdi. my doc says i should give him wheat now but he is not eating. And no outside milk till he becomes 1 year.

Preetha replied. Yeah, I live in Bangalore. Glad to know you liked the Ragi recipe :-)

I give carrots, potato, yellow pumpkin and beans for Mridu. The yellow vegetables are easier to digest, so you can start on those. My daughter eats around half a katori of veggies. I sometimes mix dal with the vegetables. Thank god she likes them! I also give her tomato soup and dal pani (moong dal water). Out here in India, the doctors are okay about giving juices from the 4th month itself. I give her musambi juice.
A tip for you: If you are giving your child moong dal, it might cause gas...so roast it lightly before cooking. It is supposed to beat the gas.

As for Cerelac, I give her wheat cerelac. She seems to be ok with it.

Did your doc okay mango? Mine told me not to give mangoes since they might cause loose motion.

No outside milk here too. I give her Lactogen formula.
