Due Date Club February 2003:appointment with my doc...

Hi girlies,

how r u all doing? Yesterday was my appointment with the doc...She checked me for fetal movements and picked up the heartbeats too...everything seems to b fine...I am right now in the 26th week.... Already i seemed to have gained abt 8-9 kgs so far itself....Doc has advised me to avoid high calorie food..and stick to a healthy diet....
I am a little worried...hope everthing goes on well for me...

Good to know that all is just fine with U and the baby is also doing well... Abt Ur weight gain...B a bit cautious abt the same...... But there is nothing to B worried abt.I dont think U R overwight. R U? So DOnt Worry and enjoy this phase U R going thru. Ok? Take care....

Thankx for ur prompt reply...I do belong to the better-built lot i guess...I dont remember ever to have been thin or pueny...LOL...
Anyways...I am focusing on my daily walks and mild yoga exercises, and a diet with little oil in it...
How r u keeping? and where r u put up Shannu...DO write in more abt urself...
