Name: jaishri shivaram anyone with suggestions on how to lose tummy after c-section please do give me some tips also how to make stretch marks go away someone said they will never go is that true please do answer thnx

Even i had c section for tummy u have to depend on the tummy exercise i.e lay down flat and ben your leg half then left your head and try reaching the knees slowly.

C Section

Hi... Streachmarks are mostly hereditary & based on genes. if your mother or ur father' s mother are still having then there is a possibility that u might also keep them in long run. but u can massage with some good almond or olive oil for marks, Dont rub them or strach them. also for the tummy... exercise is the best.. take boiled water instead of cold one...
