Hi Girls.
I was busy for 3-4 days so could not post any message. I think Joyeeta should not worry .. but as nikki says should try Haladi. It is really good. I also had some infection in my first trimister and this helpme. Also U can put some haldi in hot milk and have it before sleeping. That also helps. Do gargling with hot water and some added salt in it every morning. And do not worry about the baby movements. Some girls feel it early some girls feel it later on. Do not worry !
Welcome Sakhi !
HongKong is a good place.. it is like bombay right> We had been there when we were coming from India after our marriage. We did like it very much. I am also from Pune!
Nikki, did you find out the sex of the baby? It seems you have the girl right?
Suggest some boy names also !
I dont know if I have a boy.. but still
I heard horrible story of a labour. Now a days I feel scared for the day !
How will it go? Will the baby be fine? Yes Nikki, I can not imagin how it will look.
I just want a healty baby. BUt still lot of thoughts keep coming in to mind.
But my mother said always think of good things and just take Gods name when U get such ugly thoughts.. I think it is natural for the girls in our stage to think of such adverse situations ..
What did U girls do for the weekend?
I had a nice time .. We went for a picnic.. and it was a fun.. YEah the climate is beautiful now days..
Take care girls

Hi, yes HK is good but big problem here is of language. General people can understand very little of english. I am now used to it. Yes Priya u can say it is a very well organised Bombay and good to know someone Puneri. I am also scared for THE LAST DAY. But one of my friend said, the fear will go automatically in 5,6 month. So dont worry. Niki, next time I am going to ask my gynic not to do U/S if it is not necessary since I am getting mix reaction about it. And I also tried chinagold web site and it says boy. Padmaja, how are you doing? Joyeeta, dont think anything -ve at this stage. Just think that God is great and HE will definitely help you pass thru this situation. Yes, Haldi and hot milk is good for cold. My mom said every pregnant girl should take one glass of hot milk with Haldi in night. Have you girls started to show? Because for me, no one can recognise that I am pregnant.

Hi Priya, i dont know much of names/ & whatever i know have been from rediff or indiaparenting. My U/s is on 9th May so that time i will definately find it out. In my case it will be good for my own emotional health. Atleast then i will start to imagine babies. But chinese calander says its gonna be a gal & friends around say that too, as i dont look as good as before etc etc.Yesterday, we went to a park & my dh wanted to go & see children playing but i refused & i was scared with a thought that later in life i have to do just that. May not have so much freedom/ But its okey after a while i was just okey with it. Priya, in my suggestion, do not hear stories of labour at this moment. I know most of the women R eager to talk about their labour with U but U just change the subject or avoid it. even spiritually it is not good to think or hear negative things. Untill ur baby is in ur womb, let him enjoy the heaven & U too enjoy it as after these nine months this experience wont come back. With the next baby its gonna be all different. Do listen to good music. Especially in the evening listen to the light bhajan & do it everyday. I am doing this & also try to do humming along & can experience lots of kicks that time. Get some lullaby or nursery rhyme & listen to that. My dr says, If u can go for walks 20 to 30 minutes a day, do some kegal excersises, & u feel healthy, U will have a normal delivery. But i shud say dont even think about labour. Watch cartoons, read comics & be an innocent child.

Nikki, Thanks ! Yeah I must not think about it. I shall definately start listening to good things. The person who told me this was a stupid girl.. even my DH was telling me not to listen to such people.. Anyways.
About the belly, I think initially there are lot of changes and all the muscles, Utrus becomes big. Now the baby has enough space to move around. Even I do not see anychange in my belly .. at least for last month it is the same. But I am putting on 2 kgs per month. Which is a good thing. I think just not get worried. Initially u will feel the difference very fast and then slowly U become used to it and feel that there is no change !!
YEs, Let us know after may 9th ! IT will be good for U.
Sakhi, Language is a big problem. I have experienced it when I was in JApan in inital days of my carrier.. I am sure ur doctor is good and u can communicate to them very well.
For U it is just 4th month completing. So according to my experience after 16th week i started showing up. The changes occur very fast .. so dont worry about that.. it will suddenly become very big and every one will start looking it and U will feel shy !!
Did U tell to ur boss that u are pregnant? U might want to tell only after Ur increment/bonus, if it is due.. !!
Just as a advise. It is better to inform as early as possible so that they will give less pressure of work. For me, I told in 4th month and after that I did not get any big work. Good and bad for me.. But I am less cared for that, because right now my first priority is my kid.
anyways, have fun girls !
Take care

Hi! It is a long time since I logged in. We have shifted into
our new place and it is a little hectic trying to get used to everything
new. We havent shifted the computer yet and hence I check the mail etc. only
when I come to my in-laws place like now.
Welcome Sakhi! I am in Bombay- due on 15th September.
My baby has really started kicking a lot. It is a real good feeling, right?
Priya and Sakhi, dont worry about the labour. Our body is so well equipped to deal
with it that everything will pass off smoothly on its own. Our body will take care of
the childbirth. My labour during my son was just 1/2 an hour and that too it was induced because
the umbilical cord was entangled twice around his neck. I could not believe I had actually given
birth to a baby when I had finally finished heaving and pushing.
It is a great experience and do not worry about it from now itself.
Enjoy your pregnancy and let your body take care of the labour. It is all instinctive and nothing anybody
tells you should scare you.
Nothing else girls! Talk a lot to your baby and feel it kicking as if replying to you!
Take care. bye.

Stem cell banking on with life cell
yes Life cell is the best, when ourbabygirl was due in Feb 2011 we shortlisted Lifecell after meeting Cyrobanks, Relicord, Babycord etc. Cyrobanks are thugs they promise you the moon and also there is no indian hand in this company so we can' t rely on them at all. Relicord is good but the offers have so much marketing gimmicks. Other players lacks either the technical inf... - CK [View Message]

Good Gynae in Dwarka
Hi

I am new to dwarka and want to know if there is any good doctor having her clinic here (I expect them to be visiting some good hospotal).

I know some good doctors in gurgaon like Dr Chetna Jain (Columbia Asia), Dr Manvita (Max).

but can anybody suggest someone in dwarka as gurgaon would be far for emergency situations.
