Hi, I am an Engineer in a construction industry and get exposed always to sun. I am suffering from acne/pimples/boils and hyperpigmentation also. Please suggest me the solution. One member \";clearskin\"; from delhi mentions the recipe of \";Niacinamide/vitamin B3\"; to remove hyperpigmentation. Please let me know about the same and its availability in the market. I will be very thankful to all members/readers.

hi awanish,

since you are a man on the feilds, it may be difficult to try out natural treatments, but this is all i can offer you. once you are at home, relaxed, try these,

1) Juice of radish leaves or slice of ripe tomatoes.

2) Adding camphor (kapur) to sandal wood oil & lemon juice or u-de-cologne to boiled lemon juice or mint juice.

3) Apply boiled water of fenugreek seeds, mint & walnut skin.

4) Apply paste of kalijeeri & coconut milk or juice of raw papaya.

5) Wash your face with neem water, buttermilk and nutmeg, orange skin & juice of radish leaves or mindhal with cream.

drink a lot of water (if possible fairly cold water) and tender coconut water as much as you can.
