Hello,


Baby jar food- unopened should it be kept in refrigerator or room temperature? How do i warm it before giving it to baby? Please let me know.

For warming food pl dont use microwave...
U can take a bowl full of hot water and put the feeding bowl in tht..
Jar food can be kept at room temp provided its below 25 deg else fridge is better option.

Unopened baby food can be kept at room temperature(thatz how u find it in stores). I don't heat it up for feeding. I feed it directly from bottle.

Take a portion of food in a small bowl if u r not going to feed the full content. Keep the remaining food bottle in fridge. When u want to feed it, u can heat it up for 8 seconds just to make it room temperature. Mix well and check temperature before feeding.
