Hi naveena,
thanks for the reply.Now about weight..i know its really tough to see ourselves in bad shape.But dont worry i have explained myself that it will definitely take time to get back to normal shape.
what i'm doing these days..... some people may say its the wrong way..but frankly i'm ok with it and until i'm feeling fit 'n'fine i think i will continue it.
I try to fill my stomach these days mostly with fruits and salads one time.take wheat bread instead of white bread ...fatfree cornflakes and no sweets.i take sugar only in tea.No ghee/butter and cook my veggies in very less oil.
its tough for me to exercise regularly at home as i do it one day and the other day not so i have joined gym.I just hope all this will help me reduce weight started this few weeks back although till now i have not lost any substantial amount but hope to loose it gradually.
For u i suggest avoid taking any fatty food like ghee,butter and oil.cook ur food in less oil and say no to sweets.... as sugar is a big culprit.
and ya i keep off on sundays as my hubby keeps shouting on me.
and naveena make up ur mind.... ki weight dheere dheere he reduce hoga.
