hi vandana,

my edd is oct 11. i have also had swelling and pain in my ankles, sometimes toes, and sometimes pain in the whole leg. the best thing that has worked for me is getting a massage. ask your husband or anyone else who' s around to give you a gentle rub on the soles of your feet and down your calf muscles. it gives a lot of relief. hope you feel better.

take care

Hi Vandana.

My due date is also 30th Oct,just started the 20th week, feeling slight movements.

I too had pain in my feet and swelling in my knees and my Doc told me to keep a pillow under your ankles while sleeping.

Also if u are sitting on a chair with your legs down keep a pillow under them.

I use to soak my feet in warm water for 10 mins and that also helped. If the pain is severe the best thing is to rest it out.Avoid climbing stairs when you are uncomfortable.

Where are u from.First time i found someone with the same due date.
Take care and do write in.

Neha W

they can even show u the gender very clearly than ultrasound. it is done around 20week.
