hi
which form of egg is execellent for my 30 months old...as i have been told to give him in egg fry way..the problem is i dont know how to prepare ...pl help me with the recepie

Hi Niki,
For your child, try feeding him with scrambled egg on top of a slice of toasted bread.
To make scrambled egg, you need just one egg, milk and a little salt.
Beat the egg well with a fork. I do mine in a mug or cup, just for convenience sake. The egg beaten, add some milk (roughly the same amount of fluid as egg or less if desired). Add a pinch of salt. Beat the egg and milk. Now put all that into a saucepan and gently heat the mixture. Medium heat would do. Keep stirring. When the mixture develop lumps over heat, continue stirring until all milky fluid is gone. If there is any left over of water, that means you have used too much milk. Just drain off the water. Try less milk next time.
Serve the scrambled egg on top of a slice of toast or two. Customarily in my homeland Ireland, this is served as a breakfast or an evening meal.

hi niki,
take a egg and beat it with a table spoon of milk and then add a pinch of salt, pepper, and onions (if he like it). pepper is very good for throat. take a pan and add some oil and set it on a sim flame. pore the egg in it and turn it over in 30 sec and after 30 sec take it off the pan. try this out and msg me.

hi,
This involves cooking the eggs in melted butter or oil until prepared according to individual tastes.Just drop the egg on pan which is butter/oil grased n do not stir...It is very healthy.U can also Stie it while it is in a pan,that depends entirely your choice either of two depending which taste suits ur child
