hai appu...congratulations
i have two kids one is 22month old and other is 5m old
i follwed this diet that my doc told me
breakfast

1 slice of bread
1 cheese single
1 big cup of milk with your favoite health drink
1 boiled egg

lunch

1 cup of cooked rice
2 pulka chappatis
1 side of your favorite non veg and veg curry
1/2 cup yougurt
you can apply this for your dinner also

snacks
fresh veggies, fruits, cooked and seasoned whole grains,1/2cup ice cream and healthy snacks you can make at home.eat lot of protien and dont forget your prenatal vitamins..

you can take any of the above depending upon your hunger inbetween meals
but try to avoid sweets, canned foods, oily snacks...these can make your baby heavy...developing pregnancy complications...

ok then consult with your doc for your diet and all the best.

diet during pregnancy
Maintaining a healthy diet during pregnancy is very important.

During this time, your body needs additional nutrients, vitamins and minerals.

In fact, you may need 350–500 extra calories each day during the second and third trimesters.

A diet lacking in key nutrients may negatively affect the baby’s development.
