I started eating oranges a month ago. It has made a great difference in my life. I eat atleast three a day. When I am out with my friends I go for orange juice instead of shakes and mousse. I do not add sugar in my glass of juice.

Within a week I was feeling energized and fresher. I stopped feeling like having tea in office. I am more alert and I do not feel sleepy. My skin looks refreshed too. I do not have indigestion problems anymore.

And the smell of orange makes me feel so good. Mmmmm. It is really great. I was really amazed at myself that how did I survive all these years without oranges. The solution to so many health problems was right in front of me in my house, drying away. I would not care.

I spent so much on cosmetics and beauty treatments. But ignored the real natural remedy. I wish I had discovered what oranges could do earlier and would be saved of so many problems. For those who still aren' t eating enough fruits please do so, it really can change your life.
