Try watching a new movie, listening new songs, going out to visit some calm, serene and beautiful places. This is the most effective way of feeling fresh and reducing your stress. Physical activities help a lot.

Best way to relieve stress is to divert your mind first and then engage yourself in some activities. This way your mind stops concentrating on your problem and thus reduce the stress.

Hi i am married since 8 yrs n trying since 3 years. I did 6 rounds of IUI all failed. 1 laparoscopy but no luck yet again on clomid and hcg injection . i am in unexplained infertility group. Since last 3 months i am doing yoga daily for 1hr. I think lowering stress can do wonders
So can anyone tell me more methods to relive stress
