Due Date Club January 2007:Breathing problem

Hi Everyone

Im in my 20th week and starting to feel butterflies in my tummy!! :)
I am having problem sleeping at night which i'm sure is common, but i'm actually experiencing short breaths in the night when i'm abou to sleep. Some people say its because the baby is moving up now. My doctor has prescribed me the puffer that asthma patients use and says its good in pregnancy. I've never heard of that before and not sure if i should take it.

Is anyone experiencing this problem? Please advise !!

Thanks in advance.

Hi Praneet,

How are you?

Since 2 weeks, I have breathlessness problem if I eat lots. Like I have to take deep breaths and feel suffocated. But if I eat less and frequently, this problem is not there. I am not sure about the puffer.

My dr told me that breathlessness is a common problem during pregnancy.

Take care,
Hermione.
