hi,
i am an engineer in hyd, having a daughter of 2 years old. she is very fussy for food and she eats very very less.she takes milk, fruits but not rice. normally i will prepare idly or dosa for breakfast and rice with dal with some curry in afternoon. night rice or chapati or parata.
we r having a baby creche in our office itself..so i am carrying her to my office along with me.. so i will prepare both breakfast and lunch in the morning..during sundays or holidays i can prepare varaity of food but during working days it is not possible for me as i have to leave home by 7.30 in the morning.
so please any one suggest me what i can prepare in the morning in less time.

thanks in advance,
hema.

1.try idli with rasam.
2. sandwich toast with cheese and veggie stuffing.
3. noodles (or semiya) with cheese and veggie
4. rice noodles (sevai - maybe lemon sevai for the colour) with soaked and fried groundnuts/almonds...
5. rice with yoghurt and subji
6. cheerios or cereal for breakfast
7. roti with any subji containing tofu

do send a reply to this mail if your child likes/dislikes any of these options.
