I think i have started feeling the baby movements yes like few of us wrote ..sometimes its like butterflies fluttering or like stomach growling types , i feel them especially when i am sitting quiet in night ..very strange and feels so nice .
How about others experience on this .

Movements

Hi!
I am also feeling movements almost everyday from past 5 weeks or so. Even when I am working/walking/no matter where I am i can feel them and these days they are very strong. I am in my 21st week. It really feels great. I have my U/S tomorrow and Can't wait to see my baby!!!

baby movements

Hi Ruchika ,avi rekha
Good to know you all too feel the same way , i almost resemble most of you , i too feel it mostly in the evenings .i cannot feel it by hands . Yesterday near my workplace there had been some heavy sound then i started feeling it more often .
I always wait to see the baby in U/S .But this movements sort of assures that baby is moving , i read somewhere kids who move more will be also active it seems , so i donot mind him her moving :-)

Feeling movements

Hi Preethu,
Those are for sure baby movements. in fact last weekend i had maximum of these movements when i was lying on my left side for sometime.also i think you can only feel when its quiet and you are relaxing.
2 days i didnt feel much movements, so last night i tried to relax and lie on my left side.and after few minutes i could feel my baby moving..its such a great feeling i had never thought life is so beautiful with you knowing anothing life inside you right there!!!
when the movements are more i feel like laughing..
i dont feel the movements when i keep my hands over the tummy..like u Ruchika..how nice.

Hey Preetu, They sure do make me feel a bit calmer when it comes to thinking about whether or not the baby is fine............but I still cant make up my mind about whether or not it is my stomach grumbling.

The movements I feel are not that regular though. I feel them mostly in the evening when I get back from work and lie down...........I dont feel them at all when I am traveling to and from work or when I am sitting down at work.

Does anyone experience something similar/different to me?

Hi Preethu,

You are right those are the baby movements. Isn't it great and satisfying? I also feel a lot of movements almost everyday...may be because I am very thin.
I am in my 21st week.

Enjoy your special moments. Can anybody else also feel those movements if they put there hand on your tummy ?
