Hello i have been reading your advice and you are absolutely awesome. I have read the advice for nutmeg for dark under eye circles. my question is what is nutmeg? what does it look like?

Also i have this dark line on my neck how can i get rid of that? it is a long line like a ring but is only on the left side of the neck not any where else how can i get rid of that? i am not fat so there is no friction to cause a black line please help me get rid of that make it as the rest of the neck.

One last question i am asking you womam to woman i feel shy, but how can i increase my breast size? one of my busts is bigger than other, how can i enlarge the other one i do not mean surgery just some massage or something. i am desperare for help and worried.

Apply lemon-turmeric paste on the neck. this will lighten the skin and equalize the colour and blend it into the parts of the skin near it.

nutmeg in hindi is called 'jai phal' and in tamil it is called 'jaadhi kaai'. it is about 3 centimetres long and is oval in shape. its usually dark brown in colour. it has a very good aroma and is used in cooking sweet as well as main dishes in north india. in south india it is just of a medicinal use.

apply castor oil to the bust that is smaller and starting from the outside curve push it UP towards the centre. and give it a good massage and have a hot water bath. do this for 10 days and it will increase in size.
