Hello Priyadarshani, u r doing gr8 work...i also need some help from u...my skin is combination type...there r brown spots on my face...they r neither any kinda outgrowths nor any kinda marks...plz suggest me some home remedy for it...i am a student, so dont hv much time...so plz suggest me some easy time saving remedy...thnx Priyadarshani Jai Prakash replied. hi kadambari,

these brown spots could have developed due to some deficiency in the blood. do you get your periods on time? have you skipped it lately?

a general medicine for good blood is raktha sodhaka which will be available in an ayurvedic medical store. but i suggest you take a practitioner's advice before you take this. this is just like the vitamin supplements that we take. its very good.

besides, it can be due to over heat exposure that one gets this. apply neem and turmeric paste on your skin when you wake up. wash off when you go for bath. meanwhile you can go about doing your daily routines with that pack on. ask your mom to dry neem leaves for you and grind it and store it. take 2 teaspoons of it mix with turmeric powder and apply. if you think you dont wat that yellowish tint on your face when you go out, dont use it in the morning. use it at night, because anyway you have to do this process morning and night. this is the only way you can remove those spots which could have come due to any reason. it should disappear in a month.
