Sleeping:Storing breast milk

Hi

I have a 3 month old son and I have re-joined duty a week back. I find it extremely difficult to sit in office due to development of hard breasts. It is very embarassing at times as my dress goes very wet every time I think about my baby (whom I had to leave in a creche at such tender age). I have heard you can express milk in a container and could give it to my baby sitter to feed my baby when I am not away. Has anybody tried doing this ?

Regards
Rekha

I am not working...But I still do express my milk when I feel that the breasts aretoo hard. We do get breast pumps that are very comfortable to use. U can use it before U leave for the office and store the milk in the refrigerator and use it as and when U need. U can also use the breat pump in the office. Do try to use breast pads so that, U dont get wet everytime.....All the best
Love
Shannu

i am a mother of a 6 month old boy and i started work when he was just about 3 months... i too hv an AVENT breast pump... it is very easy to use and can be sterilised... so i know my baby gets my milk which is safe... if u hv a ladies room, u can express even at office..

hi
i am in the same situation as u r.i hv a baby girl 3 months old and have resumed work.u can definitely express your milk and store it.u get good breastpumps ..an AVENT breast pump works very good for me.its a bit costly but its worth the effort as i can ensure my baby gets my milk only.
if u have anything more to ask please feel free.
thanx

Sleep Problem due to itchy skin
My baby girl is unable to sleep properly due to skin rashes. I have resumed oil massages to help calm her down and facilitate better sleep, using CITTA Baby Massage Oil. Additionally, I am applying the ointment recommended by her doctor for the rashes. Could you please provide me with more ideas that can promote better sleep for her?... - Sanchari Tarafdar [View Message]

RE:How to Develop a Sleep Routine for your Newborn
According to me this is good but then you cannot force your child to sleep as per your wish as kids as really bad in this and they have a tendency to sleep in day and get up in late night so according to me this is not the key to success, please post if i am wrong.... - Anita [View Message]
