Hi all,
I am due on December 1st and I am in my 34th week of gestation now. I saw my doctor yesterday and she said the baby is about 4 pounds now. She said everything is fine and the baby is not going to be too big. I am a bit worried that this weight is too less. My tummy is not that big either. So far I have gained 23 pounds since the beginning of my pregnancy. I have only one more month left for the baby to come and I was wondering how big the baby might be when he/she is born. Please reply...

Anu and Shalini, The baby weights acc. to the gestational weeks are ok. As long as the dr. is not concerned there is nothing to worry. Baby gains most of wt. in the last weeks.

I had my last appointment in 32nd week and the doctor said that baby weight is between 3-3.5lbs but she said its normal and didn't say anything about baby being less than average weight, so I guess you shouldn't be too worried but I'm not an expert and if their is something to be concerned about we'll be in it together.

seems everyone is busy ,busy alot. For me too life is hactic. But i do not forget to take a break in between either a movie or party or go out on weekends. Last 15 days i had all.
