i am happy that you are conscious of giving your child the right thing to eat . its always better to start very young. and as you are conscious let me tell you make a habit of not giving him junk food . dont make him have a coke or pepsi give it only as a treat and not as a habit increase the wheat content and reduce the white refined flour .even the oily things should be to the minimum.write to me if you agree .

your child is now enough big to eat everything. You should give him each & everything what you cook at home for your adult Family members.I got 2 1/2 yrs. old daughter and I offer her everything, so that she should know all kind of tastes. Sometimes she likes and eats, sometimes no. This way we can develop their taste.

So my sister’s child is a very fussy eater. She generally makes veggie cheese rolls or sandwiches to get her to eat her vegetables. She tries to use colourful and pretty veggies to get her to eat. Giving smoothies, fruit salads and milkshakes is another appetizing and attractive method.
