Dear all,

Can anyone pls tell me how to increase sperm motility .... and also pls tell me how many days it will take to improve my husband motility after treatment ? i.e., will i have to wait for 2 or 3 months for better results after taking motility pills or treament.

Pls help me regarding this. I am really depressed . We are trying for the past 1 yr ..without success.

everything is normal execpt little less in motility .

Also i want to know will cigarette smoking will reduce the motility?.

anu replied. Vitamin C: 1,000 mg 3 times a day.
Vitamin E :400 IU twice a day.
Zinc / Copper:30 mg zinc and 2 mg copper a day.
arginine:
1,000 mg L-arginine 3 times a day,improves motility
carnitine:
2,000 mg L-carnitine 3 times a day,improves motility.
vitamin B12:
1,000 mcg a day
vitamin E:
400 IU a day in addition to the amount in your daily vitamin program
Coenzyme Q10: Take 10 mg daily. Increases sperm count and motility
Selenium Take 200 mcg daily. Improves sperm motility.
also he can take vitamin A.
U can get all these in any vitamins shops,
Also tell him to eat "Aswagandha" or Aswa K, u can get this in any pharm. in india especially Ashwa k is available in capsules, this really hepls in count and motility.
