It' s a nice article looking at life and everything but I feel working in the city has trapped me in its now. I can' t breath outside of what happens now. It' s a circle what they say a vicious cycle of repetition. I do not feel free in the now because it no longer belongs to me. divea replied. I feel that if you truly live in the present, you realise that you have all the freedom you need. If you are feeling trapped, may be it is because you are comparing your present situation with a past or an ideal one. May be you have not learnt to focus on the positives. Optimism has to be the starting point for any attitudinal change. If you are not happy with your now, change it. But to know the real reason why you are not happy, again, you have to probe into your now.
