Subject:  ORIGINAL HOME MADE LIP SMACKING BUTTER CHICKEN



INGREDIENTS-
1/2 KG FRESH CHICKEN WITH BONE OR BONELESS
500 GMS BUTTER
1 TBSP GINGER-GARLIC PASTE
SALT TO TASTE
2 PACS TOMATO PUREE
1 PAC FRESH CREAM
1 TBSP GARAM MASALA
1/2 TBSP RED CHILLI PWD
1 TBSP KASOORI METHI
5-6 GREEN CHILLIES CUT INTO SLITS
METHOD
ADD HALF OF THE BUTTER IN A PAN , ADD CHICKEN PIECES , SPRINKLE SOME SALT AND COOK TILL DONE.NOW ON THE OTHER SIDE HEAT THE REMAINING BUTTER IN A FRESH PAN , FRY GINGER-GARLIC PASTE FOR 1 MIN , THEN ADD TOMATO PUREE,AND COOKED CHICKEN PIECES.ADD ALL THE SPICES AND COOK TILL THE CURRY LEAVES SOME OIL ON THE SIDES OF THE PAN .NOW ADD FRSH CREAM AND COOK FOR 5 MINS ON A LOW FLAME.ADD GREEN CHILLIES AND DECORATE WITH SOME CREAM ON THE TOP AND SERVE HOT WITH BUTTER NAAN .I BET YOU, YOUR FAMILY WILL ASK FOR MORE.

Hi! Here goes..
Marinate 1 kg chicken cut in pcs in 1 tbsp tandoori masala,1/2 tbsp garam masala pdr,2 tbsp lime juice,1/2 tsp cumin pdr,5 tbsp curd,salt to taste.

Heat oil in pan and fry the chicken for 10 mts. Remove. In the remianing oil, fry 2 chopped onions till golden. Then add 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste and fry sprinlking some water now and then till oil seperates. Add cashewnut paste ( 15 cashews ), 1 tsp chilli pdr, puree of 2 tomatoes and cook fo r10 mts.
Add 2 tbsp butter , 3 tbsp thick cream, and the chicken. Mix well and cook until it is done.

Garnish with dhaniya leaves.
