it has been a while since I logged on.hope everyone's doing fine. I have a quick qn.
I am having lot of body pain and feel nauseated and feel like flu sometimes.is it common to experience these things. also backache gets bad. sakhi replied. Hi Pinky,

Although I don't have nausea, people say it does return for some girls. Do try to eat as often as you can.

Sakhi Padmaja replied. Hope you are doing okay. I am actually right there with you with nausea and back ache.
Try to keep food always in your stomach, be it fruit or a drink to avoid nausea.For back ache try to stay active, walk after every meal and do simple excercises.

Body ache and back ache is all part of the joys(!!)of pregnancy.
Our body temperature is often higher during pregnancy so the flu like feverish feeling comes in.It happens to me too when i feel achy all over and feel warm altho when i take my temp its just 99.
Nausea may occur if your stomach is empty,especially in the 3rd trimester when our intake is limited in a meal.One has to eat more frequently.Do u walk often or take a stroll in the evenings however lazy u may feel.
As for me,my day depends entirely on how my night has been.My sleep isnt too good..
