Can you please tell me at what times Megs wakes up and you put her down for naps? Diya takes 3 naps. It is each for 45 mins only. I would like her to sleep for atleast 1.5 hrs:) If you can tell it for the whole day, it will be great.

I'm still working at a routine for megha...so basically i massage her,bathe her and feed her soon after she wakes up(around 8a.m.). She fall soff to sleep while having milk and then i put her in the crib.If i'm lucky she sleeps for about 2 hours..otherwise she is up in about 40 minutes.
again the same cycle..feed her ..let her play and then in 3 hours again feed and try to put her to sleep...this mostly doesn't work and she take sher next nap only by about 3:30 in the afternoon...again if i lie down with her..she sleeps for 2 hours or more otherwise..1 hour mushkil se.
It's the same cycle every 3-4 hours ...
Try to put her to bed by 8 p.m. but after that she wakes up by 10 once more for a feed .
Try massaging Diya before bed time..with a body lotion..that too helps them relax and sleep.
