Dear frnds,
Once again dreams shattered!my frozen embryo trannsfer turnedout into failure.Mine is an unexplained infertility. This was my 2nd attempt in assisted pregnecy. In my 1st cycle of ivf i produced good no of eggs n they fertilised too. but 1st attempt failed so i opted for FET, as i had good qlty embroys frozen. but this time again failure.i have no other problems. according to Dr. but My blood group is -ve hubby' s +tive, when i asked my Dr. abt it she said may b its the cause of faiulre.but is der any test availble in india to determine iwhether i have anti killer cells? if anyone had the experince plz share it with me....am struggling to cope with this failure...plz guys pass on any info regading this....and good ivf centre in bangalore also....feeling guilty ..that something is wrong with me..

Hi,Thank you very much for your reply.when my Dr. told me abt the treatment for anti killer cells, i asked her do i need to go for any tests to to find out weather i have it or not she said there is no tests?!!. good thing is I am going to Dr.Firuza n u said she does the test! i' m bit relaxed now.thankx- liki

Dear Likitha,

first of all stop worrying .a relax mind can overcome problems .Anxiety worry & stress works against a person in IVF .Keep urself composed and be ready for another attempt but with a very positive mind .From today dear start thinking - I will definately be sucessfull why will I not be -and see the difference .A positive mind bears positive results this i say from my experience .
As for this test I do not know which city u r based in & where u r going for treatment but this test is done at Jaslok Hospital Mumbai -Dr.Firoza parekh does this test & the treatment .

Hello dear,

I wish I could be a help here since my case is also unexplained infertility and it is been 12 year for me.
I asked same question with my dr.s as my blood is 0 negative and my hubby is ab + but she said it is fine. it is not the reason of your unexplained infertility. I am not sure if other thigs are fine with your or not like lining, embroy quality, any male factor etc. let me know if u have any question.
you are a young girl so you can again opt for ivf. sometime it takes few try before you can conceive.

thank ur for the msg.how do u manage stress ? have u underone IVF´ s if so how many cycles? what´ s ur next step? plz share it wwith me..it realy matters to me.
i´ m getting mad . for a while i´ ll be calm next minute starts crying, starts blaming my self. my husband is a sweet heart , he is suporting me but i can feel the pain in his voice n which makes me feel more guilty. mine is unexpained infetility, no male factor, i produced good no of eggs n they turned out as good embryos , my endometeium line was also 10mm , with triple line 3 days before ET. now DR. is telling me that may be my immune system is rejecting the embryos other then that they r not finding any fault why it´ s not happening. i don´ t know what to do? if its true that my immune system is rejceting it( they too r guessing it bcoz human body is like that na)i dont know why destiny is playing so cruel game with me!! confused..Dr. is telling me to try naturally with few Tablets ...dont knwo can u advise me..
