Hi Moms,

How are you all?

I used to give polyvisol for my Rajju after 4th month chkup. But now i'm not giving any. His ped also didn't tell anything at his 6th month chkup.
She is happy abt his growth... wt 85% and ht 75%.
But i'm concerned abt it. He takes solids twice...cereal in the afternoon and veg in the evening..all other times Bmilk. Should I continue giving him vits? Are you still giving vitamin drops to your babies?
Please let me know.

Hi Swathi,
Honestly, I have given Yash Polyvisol only 3 times since I have purchased it. It smells so yucky, plus Yash had to take antibiotics for his bladder infection so I never gave him the vitamin drops after that.
Will tell his paed at his 6 mo chk up, and see what she says. I feel so guilty for not giving him the vits. He is not taking any formula.

Hi Swathi
I asked my ped and she said that if I don't give formula for half of the feeds, then I have to give vitamins for 1 yr. I believe they should take atleast 500ml of formula(not sure abt the number) to stop the vitamins. I EBF Diya most of the times. So I give vitamins to her.

hi all

why all of u r so silent. i know everyone are busy with kids/jobs etc. but still try to rebember this ip site and we all will be in touch sharing the milestones of our kids.
