hi ,
my daughter would also never eat at that age..i have tried a few things and it has worked
1.do not give any fermented food...like idli and dosa
2.only fresh panneer is good avoid all other cheese.
3. give only moong dal which is very light.
try this for sometime..until he recoups his appetite..i know it is really very frustrating if the child does not eat ...but this worked for my kid

Subject:  My 26 mth old son too has stopped eating

I have the exact same problem from the last 2 weeks. my son , 26 months old, suddenly stopped eating all the meals he was used to, overnight, and is fussy and cranky and only wants junk food like biscuits and muffins. He has no milk, I am very anxious and at my wits end. I am in UK and the doctors here ssay its just a phase and all kids go through it. I have rarely heard of such problems in kids and I am quite terrified as my son has lost weight in the last two weeks due to this reduced intake. Does anyone know about such cases or can anyone help?

Hi Neet,
First thing take your baby to his pediatrician and check it out.I think that is the best thing to do.

RE:The Parents Guide to Healthy Snacking
So my sister’s child is a very fussy eater. She generally makes veggie cheese rolls or sandwiches to get her to eat her vegetables. She tries to use colourful and pretty veggies to get her to eat. Giving smoothies, fruit salads and milkshakes is another appetizing and attractive method. In fact she even decided to supplement her diet with Immuno Boosters and Brain Booste... - say [View Message]

for your kids you can make heavy breakfast like you can blend apple with oats or any other fruits with oats, and make heavy breakfast, there is no need of egg after this breakfast for anyone,.... - rohini [View Message]
