Since last week I have been feeling pain in the lower back, specially during sleep. I get up almost everyday with a sore back. I have been using the pregnancy pillow for a while now, and am wondering if that is what is triggering the pain as I sleep mostly on my left side, and the pain in my back is more towards the right..feels like its due to the strain on my right leg.
Its a terrible way to start my day :(

I use OmniGEL...thoda relief to milta hai par ...mujhe bhi pain rahta hai
kabhi tej kabhi kam....

all the best .. i can very well understand ...

Hi Vandana
Even I am suffering from severe back-pain..My doc told me do not bend in front to pick anything or do some work and it really helped me...
Before sleeping I apply pain killer gel also..its not gone completely but Yes improved a bit.

but I understand its terrible

Hi Alka

I thought about using pain relieving gels too, but I wasnt sure if they are safe to apply. What gel are you using? I have stuff from India like iodex, etc. will ask my Doc and try it out.
