i am in my 38th week now.
as per ue doubts, yeah, the exact weeks a pregnant lady has to cover are 42.
but not necessary that all clear it.
many a times, labour pain begin b4 the due date. and many a times if there are any kind of complication, then the doctors go in for a c-section.
but the baby places it;s head down quite early from 34'th week. in my case it's still in a breech position. and now when i am in my 38th week, there is hardly any time left for me. my due date is 3rd oct. and now it is nearly impossible for the baby to turn the head down. and tahts why the doctors will go for a c-section. but it is nothing to worry. coz there r no other complication.
any other doubts radhi, u r most elcome on this board to ask. i am from mumbai. but will be going to dubai by december. my hubby is working there. i have come here for my delivery.

u cleared most of my doubts. the thing is i will be having my delivery in kerala, india. and here ive heard that docs are impatient to wait for a normal delivery. but some times the wait doesnt pay off. and eventually labour will ahve to be induced or if baby continues in breech will have to operate. so i have mentally prepared myself for either a normal or C section. dont wanna hope too much on normal coz if at the last minute its gonna be a c section, then i believe we get very disappointed. there is no scope for me to go for child birth classes here either coz its rather unheard of!!!!!!!!!!! my hubby is in bbay. will be joining him 3 months after the baby is born. thanks a tonne n will surely post any doubts that i have on your board as u guys are at a more advanced stage than us from the december board.
