I am 31 years old man and I have done Semen Analysis several times and found empty of sperm in analysis meanwhile I have suffering with azoospermia. According to the doctor advice I did also following test...

Therefore, is there any person could help me so what should I do now and where I could get proper treatment in this regard.

Bangladesh shivu replied. I know this is late but hopefully you get this message Palash. I suffer from azoospermia too and have undergone one round of IVF-ICSI with my wife in the US.
The doctors extracted the sperm by performing TESA, by extracting the sperm from the endometriosis. The problem is the sperm is not motile and can cause problems in ICSI.

When we explored our options, another option was provided to us which we didn' t consider as we thought that was our best option. The other option was doing a bypass to clear the obstruction. This way you can do a normal conception (better chance than IVF).

Even with extraction there is an option of MESA/PESA instead of TESA. TESA means an insistion is made in the testis and the sperm extracted, whereas MESA/PESA would be done with about 10 injections in the testis to extract sperm.

Actually my husband also had low sperm count (oligospermia) for which we took IVF help .When the Dr. told us to go for IVF we discussed all things in detail with the Dr. I remember that he told me there is oligospermia - low count & azoospermia - no count .
In azoospermia there is obstructive & non-obstructive azoospermia .He said that in case male is suffering from azoospermia we do a test -as far as i can rem . he said some doppler test to c if the sperms are present in testis and the shape of the sperm .If there are sperms in testis then they take out & then do IVF- ICSI .If it is a case of absolutely nil sperms then they go for donor sperm .
So the one thing I will definately suggest you is to go to some good infertility centre .They are the right person to treat u .
