Thanks, I loved your mail and needed that encouragement. These days, my MIL bathes him since SIL is there at home. Otherwise she cannot manage alone as she has knee problems and she is afraid if she will drop him! So I generally give him a nice oil massage and give him to her, help her in bathing him and again take him from her to powder him and dress him. She gives him food since I am at work at that time. Otherwise she watches TV from 11 to 2 in the afternoons and from 7 to 11 in the evenings and all the time Rishi is watching with her. I am very very angry about it, but can't help it. Even Shyam wouldn't understand and he will say nothing will happen and that his son will learn colours from watching TV. I have just given up and just pray for Rishi.

Ok, about my work - I work as a QA engineer. You must have known CA makes a lot of Software and one of them is eTrust - security software. We test this product across all platforms before it is out in the market, see for bugs and if found any, login issues for them and get them resolved, do all kinds of network and stress testing and all that. Work as such is not too hectic but since I am working in linux and sometimes if there is whitebox testing (debugging a code) it becomes very difficult. We work close to development, so get involved in coding also.

Yeah, when I sing for Rishi at night to make him sleep( there are two tamil songs that I've been singing for months and he will sleep only for them - I am irritated even to hear those songs now:)) I will also feel very sleepy. And now he will wake up by 2-2.30 once and then by 5-5.30. I will anyway wake up atleast thrice in between thinking he has woken up!!! I have got used to that I guess :)

I am sure Rishu will also follow a schedule soon. Let me know what his ped said. Lots of kisses to him. Do post photos soon.
