my due date is 14th dec. but I had premature laboure pains last week so on bed rest. Acc. to usg I have completed now 34 weeks and if i complete 36 week then no chance of prematurity.

babys head is down and as I had premature labour pains there are much chances that I deliver end of this month.(babys wt. is ok)

Will update u next week about me after visiting doc.

It is sad to hear that. Take enough rest and try to relax as much as possible. Take deep long breaths when you feel tensed. Everything will be fine and I'm sure you'll deliver a full term baby.

I heard drinking jeera water helps to identify/eliminate false labor pains. In any case drinking lot of water and fluids will help reduce contractions. Have 10 cups of fluids everyday.

Dear Shivani,
take a lot of care of yourself and do take bed rest don't try to do anything at all. ARe you taking any medicine to reduce contractions? My friend from Mumbai also had premature pains and contractions at 34th week but doctor prescribed her bed rest and some medication and now she reached 38 weeks safely.
I pray for you to be ok and have safe delivery and healthy baby! :)

seems everyone is busy ,busy alot. For me too life is hactic. But i do not forget to take a break in between either a movie or party or go out on weekends. Last 15 days i had all.
