Hi,
Today i went for regular check up.
Everything is Ok.My GD numbers are in control.
I did not gain anyweight and i did not lose it also for the past 1 week.
My Doc recommended for UltraSound on 34th week.

I have to start shopping for my little angel on 22nd Oct(Dassara) onwards.
Any body has any idea about best baby bath products other than Johnson&John.. and Aveeno??

note:I add pomegranate, Dates, Ragi Java, Lentils to my diet.

My doctor suggested me to eat 1/2 pomegranate everyday.But I still can not find them anywhere.May be they will be available in one or two weeks in market.

Hi Nandu

Good to know that everything is going good for you. Which week are you in?

I see that you have added pomegranate, dates to ur diet. Did your dietician (or doctor) said ok to this? When you eat dates, doesn't the blood sugar go up? Which part of the day do you eat dates? And how many at a time? Kindly let me know. I like dates very much but was afraid to eat them. Also about pomegranate. Can we eat one whole pomegranate? Please elaborate.

seems everyone is busy ,busy alot. For me too life is hactic. But i do not forget to take a break in between either a movie or party or go out on weekends. Last 15 days i had all.
