Which week are you girls planning to start the lamaze classes from & how much in advance do you need to register for them..so that u get them for the weeks right for you...

I just started 17th week today.I guess we need to register early.We infact spoke to our doc on this on our last visit asking for suggestion etc regarding when to join , how much in advance do we have to register etc and she said we can do it around 5th/6th month.I guess its best to attend classes when we are closer to our due dates ie 7th month onwards.That way we can make sure we don't forget whatever learnt in the class.Do check with your doc - they may give u suggestions and they may even do registration for u.

Sorry havent been online for a few days.
Like Kavitha has said most hospitals do offer the classes...ask ur dr.
I was trying to add a link but the message board wont let me...but if u search for it on google u will get more info. all the best

Hi Kalpana,
Local hospital here(am in US) conducts such classes.
Such classes are held even in India.I heard they have classes in Bangalore, Bombay etc and there should be a class in Delhi aswell.Check with your doc.He /she may have info.
