hi
can anyone tell me drinking tender coconut is good during pregnancy.. and also can anyone tell me which is the best strech mark cream to be used and also when to use...'coz i am already getting marks in 12 weeks it self..so pls help me out with this two concerns of mine. here in USA there are many creams but i dnt knw which is good n best..n which really works..i dnt need 100% result out of it..'coz strech mark just cnt vanish like that...so if it reduces the marks it's good..hope to hear from u all soon..'coz i tried asking my friends no one will really..tell properly.

I had tried Vitamin E oil, as it is one of the best oils for nourishing the skin. Although it had helped one of my friends from not having a single stretch mark, it didn't help me at all. So no matter what you use, it really depends on your skin type too.

Anyway, you can try using the cocoa butter, Vit E oil, or any good one that you must have heard of, and hope for the best.

Also, it helps if you start applying early, even before you see a stretch mark, like atleast 3 to 4 times a day.
