Me too!

Amazing how one can get to know about others dealing with the same issues each day till one delivers.... :D

Am still struggling with my vomitings, and my doc says that they ought to end by the 20th week.... SOOOOO very far away. Isn't it? [And to think that she meant that as a consolation! Whew!!!]

What are you guys doing about those in-between time hunger cramps? I tend to take anything that is available: it could be a minor snack that I fix up myself or even some beysan laDDoo that I made today. Though the doc has advised me to go slow on fatty stuff (I gained 2 and a half kgs last month) but what to do? :P

How are you both doing?
This week I am feeling much better, seems my nausea is gone now. I am feeling very happy and enjoying my pregnancy more.
Hey, what food you eat outside? I am a vegetarian, so don't have much choice. I like indian food only, but it is not possible to spend every other day on that.
I am missing Indian Fast-food, and my mother's food also.

So glad to know you are feeling better now . I am a non vegetarian so sometimes i eat in KFC , Mc donalds, Subway, Papa Jones Pizza when I get specific cravings . There is only one Indian restaurant closeby but their food is so oily so we went there only once . I feel like trying Thai cuisine ,its close to
Indian food .Most of all I miss my mum's aloo parathas .

Dear Manisha ,
Have you informed your doctor about not being able to take Prenatals ? What does your doctor say about it ? I suggest you take a few samples from the doctor of other brands which are chewable tablets and see how it suits you ?

Hi Ritu

I am getting better slowly and I feel better after 5-10 minutes walk in evening. I like to go out in Sun, but mostly its cloudy here in Boston.
Intially I was reading only pregnancy books- 'What to expect when you are expecting' and few I got from library.
recently I have started reading some religious books also.
I am worried about one thing, It's almost a month now I have stopped taking prenatal vitamins. I just feel like throwing up seeing the vitamin tablet.

I have recently started going for 10-15 minutes walk with my husband in the evening . Really leisurely ones . Thats the only form of excercise I am doing . What about both of you ?

For gas problem, I take Maalox, you can try that too.

Since 2 days I am feeling terrible because of Gas :( My whole weekend is ruined...
I don't know what to do with this gas.
Well I do some workout of about 20-25 min on treadmill, if i don't have backache .Otherwise skip that day .
Else just walking I do....nothing else.

Hope u r having fun...

Hi Ritu & Manisha,

Nowadays I am feeling little better.Less Nausea.But feeling too hungry all the time.That even I finish my meal and start eating in my huby's plate..:)
After every 40-45 min I have to start thinking what next to eat..:)
Though my weight intially reduced by 3 pounds but now i think I regain it.It is now again 120 Pounds.
I am unable to wear my regular clothes.So just wearing some large sizes pants or wrap skirts .But I think now I have to shop more large/maternity clothes..

Hi Nikki & Ritu,
I am very excited and happy to know that we all are exactly at the same stage day by day. Thanks to this site that we can share our experiences.
Till last week my vomitings were severe, I had to got for IV fluid also. SInce then I am taking Zofran tablets to prevent nausea and vomitings. So feeling better now. I 'll try to stop the tablets this week and see the result.
How are you feeling these days?
Has you tummy started showing up?? My hasn't yet. I can feel the difference but not others.

Hi Ritu
Here the problem is reverse. I am not able to eat enough. For breakfasi just take a cup of milk with bournvita. Then 2 chapatis with some vegetable or stuffed parathas with curd for lunch. Then some fruit in evening. For dinner I am not able to eat much, very little of something what I cook for my husband.
This is not enough, I am trying to increase it slowly. Before pregnancy I was 120 pounds, now I am 117 pounds. I want to gain more. Give me some of yours weight :-).

Hope you are feeling better . My Vomit and nausea is a little less severe now a days but totally unpredictable . My biggest problem now a days is hunger pangs and the amount of food I am eating is not funny .I worried about becoming really fat .What do you typically eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner ? My Tummy is obvious to me as i am not fitting in my jeans anymore but its not so obvious to others .
