1. Cleanse your face with cleaning milk. Then take your soap-free face wash and dot all over your face.
2. Take a shaving brush (the kind men use to shave) and move it over your face in a circular manner. This is the stimulate the skin and improve blood circulation.
3. Wash off with lukewarm water and pat your face dry.
4. Lightly massage a light cream or a moisturizer in upward strokes all over your face. This will loosen dead surfaces skin cells and leave your skin softer and smoother. It will also also prepare your complexion for the beneficial treatments to come.
5. Prepare a solution of tea leaves and water to which mint leaves and fenugreed seeds have been added. Boil this slution and steam your face with it in a manner similar to taking steam inhalation during and bad cold. Make sure the steam reaches all areas of your face. This acts as food for the skin as it is very nourishing and refreshing.
5. Take a tissue and wipe off the moisture. This removes the dead cells and dirt from the skin.
6. Apply a cold compress next, to close the open pores. Take a tissue dipped in iced fruit juice (one that suits y9ur skin) and place the tissue on your face. Leave on for 10 minutes. Smooth the sensitive eye area under your eyes with a soothing eye cream to reduce fine lines and wrinkles,and make the skin ultra soft
7. After that, prepare a face mask, face mask poowder and milk for dry skin and mask powder and rose water for oily skin--and apply all over your face and neck. Keep two swabs of moist cotton over your eyes and wash the mask off when semi-dry or after 20 minutes.
Face pack
* When Applying a face pack:
* Apply the pack with your fingertips. The skin on your face is extremely delicate.
* Don not apply the pack too close to your eyes and mouth because when the pack dries and tightens on your skin it may harm these very delicate areas.
* Apply cotton pads soaked in cucumber juice or teas bage soaked in ice water, on your eyes. you could also crush mint and apply around eyes.
These are great for under-eyes circles or the relieve stress.
* Lie down as this is extremely relaxing and also prevents your skin from being stretched the wrong way.
Here re few handy face pack preparations.
* Facial packs for Oily skin:
Carrot Pack
1 tbspn Carrot juice
1 tbspn honey
10 drops lemon juice
1 tbspn multani mitti or gram flour
Mix ingredients into a paste and apply for 20 minutes. wash off.
* Face Pack for Dry Skin:
Honey Pack
3 tbspn almond oil
1 tbspn lanolin
1 tbspn Petroloumjelly
1 tbspn olive oil
Melt all the above ingredients over double boiler, remove from heat, beat it with an egg beater
Until cool. Apply on face for 30 minutes and then wash off with warm water

Cucumber-lime Pack
Peel and slice a medium sized cucumber and put it in a bowl. Squeeze the juice of hald a lime over the slices and let them stand for an hour. Rub these soaked slices over your face carefully avoiding the eyes. Leave on for 30 minutes and rinse off with cold. This Pack works specially well for oily skin.
Cucumber-Yogurt Pack
Grate 1 small cucumber finely and mix with 100 grams of yogurt. Apply pack on the face and leave on till it dries. Wash off with cold water. This pack is good for dry or sensitive skin.
