hi moms,

i just finished my 12th week and now all of a sudden i got fever and very bad cold too. I went to doctor the next day and she gave me some antibiotic and syrups and tylenol for fever.

I am just worried if the fever will cause any problem with the growing baby.

What kind of food i can take during fever i am avoiding oil in my diet shd i avoid anything else.

I am really scared to death because one after others comes during everymonth of my pregnancy.

Help me ladies.

The first day i had 37.4C and after taking medicine it was 37.1C and i am praying that it shd get my fever down soon.

u should take as much rest as u can.. try and focus on getting better.. drink plenty of water and juices.. vitamin c will attack the cold.. as far as food is concerned, try and have steamed vegetables, rasam, etc.. also try steam inhalation.. it will reduce congestion, if any.. sleeping will help immensely..
