Dearest Reena,

How are you feeling? Hows R Maharaj? Have you started giving him solids? Is his sleep getting any better? My doc told me that we have to distract them a lot by making them laugh and play and all possible things so that they will sleep on their own. I think picking up Rishu while he cries is not a crime. I cannot allow Rishi to scream or cry even for 10 minutes. I think they are still too small to manipulate. May be they are feeling insecure. Each baby is different. So hold him if he wants and divert him by showing him outside or something of that sort.

Rishi is also the same, he just cannot sleep by himself and I am now thinking of swadling him. Lets see if that works.

Please do not write that u will die and all that. I know how frustrated you might have been, but just hang in there... start giving formula first and then solids, I am sure things will get better.
